Reservations
For new clients we ask that you schedule your free new Meet & Greet consultation visit prior to the start of service.
For existing clients we ask that you Contact or Chat with us as soon as you know you have a need.
Same Day Urgent Need
Have an emergency and need to schedule service? Contact or Chat with us and we’ll do our best to fit you in!
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for the time commitments that The Lucky Pup makes to give your pet(s) the best care possible, it is important that we know ahead of time if you may need to cancel a scheduled visit. There is a $25 fee for canceled visits with less than 12 hours notice. If we come to your house and the visit is cancelled upon arrival, you will be charged for the scheduled visit. Sorry but there are no exceptions.
